Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: May be available during promotions or on select order values

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted national courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your fragrances.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your order in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Shuukr is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Unreachable contact numbers

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will investigate and assist you promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, Shuukr ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
