Refund policy

At Shuukr, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.


Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Returns are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be issued or

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds (if approved) are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference or dislike

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please record an unboxing video before opening the package. This helps us resolve issues faster.
